Dr. KARABABA is a practising dual-qualified lawyer (Solicitor in England& Wales and Senior Qualified Lawyer in Turkey) and an academic with over twentyfive years of experience. He possess particular knowledge and in-depth expertise in both Turkish, English and International commercial law, corporate and company law, contract law, banking and finance law, capital markets and competition law, IP and IT law, M&A, investment law and regulations, data protection, GDPR, privacy and international dispute resolution. He has substantial teaching and research experience across various universities and institutions, such as working as a postdoc visiting scholar at the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London and teaching postgraduates at different universities in the UK. His professional experience as a dual-qualified lawyer and an academic has provided him with invaluable practical insights, a solid understanding of industry standards, and enhancing his ability to effectively delivering high-quality legal services in fast paced environments at multi-jurisdictional level.
